Scent by M is no longer responsible for your package once it leaves our facility. It is the carrier’s responsibility to get your package delivered to you. If you notice that your package has been marked as delivered, but you are unable to locate it, please contact your neighbors or allow 1-2 business days for it to appear. If your package is lost or stolen, please contact the carrier directly.
Please ensure that you input the correct shipping address during the checkout process. If your package is returned back to us, you will be asked to pay another shipping fee to have the package redelivered to you.
Standard Shipping
Most orders ship within 3 business days from receipt of order, this excludes weekends and holidays. However, during promoted and/or holiday periods, additional time may be required.
Extreme Temperatures
Soy wax is sensitive to extreme hot or cold temperatures. Your shipment may be delayed during extreme weather conditions.
How can I track my order?
Once your shipping label has been printed and delivered to the carrier, you will be notified via email with a tracking number to track your shipment.
